Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We are based in Auckland, NZ and fulfil all orders on the day they come in.

Shipping Destinations:

We can deliver Heyrex devices to you anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.

Delivery Times:

All products are sent from Auckland Central. That means that parcels are delivered to almost all New Zealanders within 3-5 days*.

Auckland: 2 days
North Island: 3 days
South Island: 4 days

*+1 day for rural addresses

Australia: 4 to 10 days

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing:

Orders are fulfilled and picked up NZPost within 24 hours of the order being made. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Partners:

We send all orders with NZPost.

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support team at info@heyrex.com. We will do our best to fix your issue or send out a replacement order instead.
