Congrats on getting your Heyrex2. With the Heyrex app, you can monitor your dog’s wellbeing and earn rewards with our Wag-o’s points program.

Getting Started (Takes ~10 mins):

1. Scan the QR Code

Find the QR code on the back of your Heyrex2 and follow the steps to:

Add your dog’s info - if your dogs food is not in the list you can add your own. Use our Food & Calorie Calculator.
 – Activate your data plan
 (All steps are required for the device to work.)

2. Charge your Heyrex
 Use the cable inside the box.
 – Purple = Charging
 – Blue = Fully charged

3. Download Satellite Maps (for better GPS)
 – Open the app
 – Set location mode to Rapid
 – Place the device outside for 10 mins with a clear view of the sky

4. Attach the collar
- Use the included clip to place the Heyrex under your dog’s chin.
- For best GPS accuracy, place it on the top of your dog’s neck (sky-facing).

• Tap Find in the app to choose between location modes and battery usage.
  
• Track activity, sleep, wellbeing, and earn Wag-o points.
  
• Share access with family or pet sitters.
  
• Let your vet view your dog’s data—just send us their details.
  
• Use the Device Checkup Tool in the app menu if something seems off.
