The range can vary depending on the environment it is plugged into.

In ideal situations the range will be about 100m.

An environment with a large number of other wireless devices: cordless phones, wireless security cameras or baby monitors, may reduce the range of the Heyrex receiver. Material in walls can also have an impact.

We recommend that, wherever possible, you install the Heyrex receiver in an area your dog spends a lot of time. Near a window and away from the wall is optimal, as the receiver transmits more easily through clear glass. Lie the receiver with the word Heyrex facing up and the aerial pointing directly towards the ceiling. This optimizes the receiver's coverage.
